Outdoor personal training
Ideal if you are looking for a more personalised approach at a time and location convenient to you. This type of training allows for a wide variety of different training methods with the comfort of having a highly experienced professional with you at all times to monitor, coach and motivate you. Outdoor group training
Working out with your friends in the fresh air is a cost effective way to socialise, have fun and get fit at the same time. Each session, whether it's at your local park or beach, offers new and exciting challenges to help you to get in shape. Make up your own group at a location suitable for you and have fun competing against your friends, work colleagues or family members. Alternatively select one of our group training locations and come along and try a session for free (no strings attached, no hidden contracts, no sign up fees, it’s completely free).

Indoor private & group training (Vaucluse)
Private 1-1 fitness training is aimed at those wanting a more personalised service at convenient time. Sessions will focus on specific goals or on rehabilitation if you are recovering from a recent injury.
Group fitness training is a cost effective and fun way to train indoors under the guidance of a personal trainer. Numbers are limited to ensure that you get access to all of the equipment and the trainer throughout the session. All ages, abilities, fitness levels and experience are catered for in a friendly environment.

Children’s & Teen’s sessions
Your children will improve their cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, agility and strength in a safe and friendly environment. They will improve their self esteem and confidence, be educated in gym etiquette, learn about correct technique and make some great new friends along the way.

Mums & Bubs (Fit Yummy Mummy)
We have specialist trainers in various locations to enable new mums to get back into shape. We do not offer a ‘nanny’ service but instead we design each session so that you can bond with your little one by doing some innovative, fun exercises while entertaining and focussing on your baby.
This is a great way for your mothers groups to get together in a local park of your choice and spend 45-60 minutes bonding with your baby, toning up, having fun and getting back in shape.
All of our specialist trainers are mums themselves and some will even bring their own baby along to the sessions. Ages 1 month to 12 months.
