The Breathe Health & Fitness Team are highly qualified and experienced fitness professionals offering a vast range of personalities, backgrounds and training methods suitable to help you to reach your fitness goals.
 
We are friendly, caring health professionals offering stimulating, challenging & fun sessions tailored to your own personality, fitness needs and goals.
 

We cater for all abilities and age ranges (currently 11 - 78 years old) and offer fun fitness solutions for individuals, groups, children & families.

Our trainers are passionate about helping YOU and feel a real sense of fulfilment when YOU achieve your goals.
 
We don’t just take you for 60 minute sessions.
 
  • We provide a total package where you feel that we’re with you all week!!
  • We provide a full fitness assessment to monitor your current fitness levels (including medical conditions & injuries).
  • We help you to set short, medium & long term SMART (Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic, Timed) goals and get you in the right mindset to achieve them.
  • We offer ongoing support to answer any questions and give advice in person or via email or phone.
  • We provide you with information on diet, nutrition and correct supplementation.
  • We work with you to plan a weekly fitness schedule (to compliment the sessions that you do with us).
  • We take you through all of the above steps to ensure that you get the results that you want.
